I am an attractive, petite woman who has been on her own now for a couple of years. I have just retired and looking forward to the next chapter of my life . I am educated to degree level.
I have no children of my own but have worked with young people most of my life.
I enjoy travelling in Britain to the Highlands where the landscapes are rugged and the natural beauty of the mountains is breathtaking. I have travelled to most Europen countries and love to taste different foods and experience different cultures. I like cooking, home comforts and entertaining people with good food and wine. I am not a vegetarion but can cook lots of veggie meals .
I am hooked on Scandinavian crime both books and TV series. My interests are film, theatre, visiting National Trust venues and art galleries, walking in the country side and by the sea. I unfortunately cannot cycle much but would not be averse to someone being patient enough to help me not fall off.
My tastes are simple and I do not crave excitement but rather peace and contentment.
I would like to meet someone who is loyal, honest and compassionate who would see me as I am.
